For customer or internal R&D projects, you will be in charge of organizing and planning projects to develop decision support tools in the energy sector, from the design phase to deployment and maintenance, working with a team of engineers in computer science and applied mathematics. You will also be involved in team development, and in writing commercial proposals.
As part of the projects you will lead, you will be responsible for:

Supervise and coordinate the work of the project team dedicated to realizing the software solution within the budgets and deadlines agreed with the customer

Evaluate the risks that may arise during the implementation and set up project structures and management tools (dashboards, indicators, organization of committees) to cover them

Communicate and manage the expectations of customers and potential partners involved in the project

Define requirements in terms of human resources and technical skills needed to meet deadlines, comply with costs and produce a solution that meets customer needs

Participate in writing commercial proposals.
